This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the www.kneedeepinsleep.com website. Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authourised to use this website.
Making an order with us:
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
Please note that kneedeepinsleep.com reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. Kneedeepinsleep.com will notify by email immediately of any such cancellation.
Ordering art from us:
• All unframed artwork is printed and shipped withing 3-7 days.
• All framed artwork is printed and shipped withing 7-10 days. Or 3-5 days if we are currently carrying stock - email us first if you want to check.
• We will always try to get your prints to you in the quickest possible time - we can arrange for next day delivery on all items. So if you're in a rush, email us first. If we can help, we will do our best to.
• During the Christmas season we advise 7-10 days on all print orders. Order in advance and if in doubt during this busy period, please email us first to check lead times.
• All art prints are sent in custom extra thick poster tubes. Our priority it to make sure the prints arrive with you in pristine condition.
Order Returns:
If after kneedeepinsleep.com has accepted an order from you ( acceptance will be sent to you via email on receipt of your order) and you decide that you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating to us by email to info@Kneedeepinsleep.com that you wish to do so within 7 days of our acceptance of your order.
We will then email you a returns form that you will need to complete and send back with your goods.
If after you have received your goods you decide that they are unwanted you may return them to us at your own cost and risk provided that you notify us by email to orders@Kneedeepinsleep.com of your wish to do so within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Upon us receiving your returned goods we shall refund you for those goods provided that they are in their original, brand new, unused, re-sellable condition. Please note that for unwanted/unsuitable items any shipping charges for your original order are not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: All discounted sales are final. Items that are reduced are reduced to clear and are therefore not returnable.
Faulty or damaged products:
If your goods do not reach you in good condition you must notify us within 5 days of the receipt of your goods by email to orders@Kneedeepinsleep.com We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods provided that they have not been opened or tampered with in any way.
If you believe your goods may be faulty you must notify us within 28 days of the receipt of your goods by email to orders@Kneedeepinsleep.com. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods. Refunds or exchanges will only be given after the goods have been returned to us and we can confirm upon inspection that the goods are damaged or faulty.
Product Availability:
Kneedeepinsleep.com will endeaver to ensure that the web site does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can.
Prices:
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

According to the data protection act we will treat all such information including name, address and email in the strictest of confidence. Customer information will not be disclosed to or shared with any persons outside of Kneedeepinsleep.com.

Colour Variation:
Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is callibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cant gurantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.
