To make life easier, in case you’ve not ordered from us before, here are some common questions we get asked.
I simply do not like paying full price for anything. When does the sale start?
We do not ever run sales. But from time to time we do run promo codes only via our mailing list. You can sign up to it here.
I’ve ordered a print and a garment. But only one of them has arrived. You guys are the worst!
Fellow citizen of the internet. All prints ship from our design studio and all garments ship from our distribution center. Unfortuneately, these are both currently at seperate locations. So if you’ve ordered a print and a garment, they will arrive seperately. But never fear, they will both arrive.
How can I pay for my order?
Apple users can pay using Apple Pay. All major debit and credit cards are also accepted through Stripe.
We also accept all major credit/debit cards through Paypal.
How do your t-shirts fit?
If you’ve ordered from us in the past, we’re currently printing onto a different garment. We think the quality is a lot better, but they do have a slightly different fit. They are still a regular fit across the chest. So they’re not necessarily more ‘fitted’, but the sizing does come up a little smaller.
Best thing to do is to check our size guide and compare the measurements to another t-shirt that fits you well. Here’s our size guide.
How do your sweatshirts fit?
Our sweatshirts are a pretty regular fit and comparable to the ones we’ve printed on in the past. Not too baggy, not too snug. But here’s a size guide to be safe.
What is the best way to wash my garments?
We recommend a hand wash for t-shirts and sweatshirts. Do not wash at high temperatures and do not iron directly onto the print.
I am not sure about the quality of your art prints? Are you one of these companies that say they sell art, but print it on toilet paper?
We’ve been producing prints in our studio for a long time. We regularly handle print editions for artists and illustrators and everything that is sold on our store is archival quality. Meaning it will hang on your wall and not fade over time. We print on the finest heavyweight papers available on the market too. Quite simply put, all our prints are good enough to hang in a gallery.
How will my print be packaged up? I once ordered a print from a gallery overseas and the tube was folded in half and squeezed into the post locker in my apartment block. This made me want to cry and I might have.
Save your tears fellow human. All prints are rolled up using white gloves (a bit like the ones Michael Jackson used to wear), covered in acid free tissue paper and then rolled up in butcher paper. We also manufacture our own postal tubes. They weigh too much and have triple thickness walls. They will survive a journey overseas with ease. You can rest assured that unless your postman and courier driver is shredded like Schwarzenegger was in the 80’s - these tubes ain’t getting folded in half for no god dammed postal locker.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
That depends on what products you’re ordering.
All t-shirts and sweatshirts are made to order and ship within 3-5 days. We advise 5 days as a worst case and in most cases the orders ship before then. If you’re ordering as a present for someone, just drop us an email before hand and we can advise how busy we are.
All open edition prints are made to order and ship within 1-2 days.
Artist editions that are signed ship in 1 day.
All other products will ship within 1 day.
How will my order be shipped?
All UK orders for clothing ship 1st class signed for. All international orders will ship with an international signed for service.
All prints will ship via courier.
All small goods will ship 2nd class signed for.
Knee deep in what?
Sleep. It means to be quite tired and exhausted. A name we came up with around the time we first started and were trying to set up a business online. Back in the old days when you had to have an internet merchant account to sell online and some guy called Barry was normally the person deciding if you would be given one. Some people don’t realise how hard it used to be.
